Pricing for Summer Rentals Direct™ Summer Rentals Direct (SRD) is pleased to offer summer rental property owners an advertising medium that offers maximum exposure at a very reasonable price. We recognize that most homeowners do not have the expertise or resources to advertise their property on the World Wide Web. Yet, the Web has become one of the major resources used by those seeking to rent a summer vacation home. This program may be used by a homeowner who chooses to ‘rent direct’ or by a homeowner who currently uses the services of a Realtor, or the homeowner who does a little bit of both. We have created several options and levels to meet the needs of all.
LEVEL 1 – (FREE) Basic Package: Classified Ad of 30 words or less, plus contact information of one phone number and/or one e-mail. You may add the following options:

If original photos need to be scanned, there will be a $10 additional charge per photo. Photos will only be returned if you include a self addressed stamped envelope.
