Ordering Instructions You have two ways to send us the information-- first by submitting the forms via email (just click on the 'submit' button at the bottom of the forms). Second, is by printing the forms out on your printer and then mailing the information via regular postal mail. (If unable to print the form from you computer, contact us, (see the form below), and we will either mail or fax the forms to you.) Whichever way you choose, you need to fill out the appropriate ‘Order Form and Property Information Form’ page choosing the program level you desire and any options you wish to add . Click on the below for the appropriate form: Level 1 - Order Form and Property Information Form Level 2 - Order Form and Property Information Form Level 3 - Order Form and Property Information Form After completing the Order Form and Property Information Form (PIF) you are ready to send us the completed package. This includes the 'Order Form and Property Information Form', photo (s), and your check (must be sent via regular postal mail). Enclose your check for the appropriate amount made out to: 'SRD', Address the envelope to: Summer Rentals Direct PO Box 1030 Beach Haven, NJ 08008 Email address for pictures: Info@SummerRentalsDirect.com NOTE: There is no additional charge for photographs of the property if emailed in JPEG format. You may also mail us a floppy or CD of the photos with no charge. Scanning original photos incurs a $10 charge per photo.
